Enquiries
Guangzhou Yanruo Apparel Co., Ltd. uses the name, email address, company details, style selections, requirements and optional files you provide to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation or sample discussion, and arrange further business communication. We do not add you to marketing lists through this form.
Your reference files
Uploaded reference images and technical documents are stored privately. They are not published in the product showroom or placed in a publicly accessible gallery. Access is restricted to the authenticated factory team handling enquiries. Please do not send unnecessary personal information or material you are not authorised to share.
Storage and service providers
The website is designed to run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare hosts the application, stores product data and private enquiry records, and processes uploads on our behalf. Where enabled, Turnstile helps protect the form against automated submissions. We do not sell your enquiry data.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiry details and files for up to 12 months for follow-up, unless an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation requires a different period. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information associated with your enquiry by contacting eric@yrapparel.com. The team can delete enquiry records and attached files through the administration area.
Browser storage
Your enquiry shortlist is saved in your browser so you can move between pages. It is submitted to us only when you send an enquiry. You can clear it from the enquiry list page. Necessary session cookies are used for the factory administration login. The public showroom does not require a visitor account.
