What does YR Apparel manufacture?
We manufacture woven dresses, shirts and blouses, matching sets and selected knitwear. Based on Nanzhou Road in Guangzhou's Haizhu District, we have operated since 2005. We work with womenswear brands, wholesalers, importers and other volume buyers. We do not make wedding dresses.

Can I start with a showroom style?
Yes. Select a style, keep its Sample reference and tell us your estimated quantity, preferred fabric, colours and sizes. Showroom references are a starting point for discussion and made-to-order production. They do not imply ready stock. Our team confirms the current material options, price and sample plan before you proceed.
What should a brand send for custom development?
Send reference images, a design sketch or a technical pack, plus the quantity per style, target delivery date and size range. Include your preferred fabric, colour, measurements, trims and target cost if known. Identify which features are essential and where you need advice. Our in-house pattern room reviews the silhouette, construction and fit before we agree a development plan.
How do I confirm the fabric?
Photographs cannot establish fibre composition, weight, stretch, opacity or wash performance. Request a fabric swatch and a written material specification. Our proximity to Guangzhou's Zhongda fabric market helps us source and compare options. Confirm the chosen fabric and colour before approving the production sample; a change of material can affect fit, cost and timing.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our typical minimum is 100 pieces per style. Colour splits, fabric minimums and construction can affect the order requirements. Share your proposed quantity and size breakdown so we can confirm what applies to your brief. Sampling is discussed separately from the bulk order.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Sampling is usually around 3 days and bulk production around 20 days. These are reference timings, subject to style complexity, fabric availability, sample approval and the order schedule. Ask for the schedule applicable to your specific project. Delivery terms and shipping arrangements are confirmed separately.
What should be approved before bulk production?
Agree the material and colour, sample fit and measurements, size grading, construction details, trims, labels, packing, quantity, price and production schedule. Use the approved sample and written specifications as the basis for production checks. If you change the brief, reconfirm the cost and timing before work continues.
Can I arrange a factory visit?
Visits are by appointment. Contact Eric with your proposed dates and business requirements. We will confirm the meeting point on Nanzhou Road in Haizhu District, Guangzhou, and the practical details directly.
