Choose how to start your dress collection
If you already have a design, send your reference images or tech pack so we can review the silhouette, construction, materials and measurements. If you are building a wholesale range, choose a dress from our showroom and tell us which elements you want to retain or change. A showroom style is a development reference, not a promise of ready stock.
What can be developed?
Our dress references include mini, midi, maxi and asymmetric silhouettes, with plain fabrics, prints, gathering, ruffles and decorative trims. We discuss the feasibility of each detail against your target cost and proposed quantities. We do not make wedding dresses. Shirts, blouses and women’s matching sets can be discussed as part of a wider collection.
What does private label development involve?
The dress must be developed around an agreed specification: fabric, fit, construction, colour, size range and finishing. Tell us your label, trim and packing requirements so we can assess the options and any related minimums. For an original design, we review your supplied information; for an adapted showroom style, we agree the changes before sampling. Confirm the scope in writing rather than relying on the terms OEM or ODM alone.
Fabric sourcing near Guangzhou’s Zhongda market
Our location on Nanzhou Road in Haizhu District puts us near Zhongda fabric market. We can help source and compare materials against your brief. A product photograph does not confirm fibre composition, weight, opacity, lining or wash performance. Approve a physical swatch and written specification before committing to bulk fabric.
MOQ, sample timing and production planning
- Typical MOQ
- 100 pieces per style. Confirm colour splits, fabric minimums and the size breakdown for your order.
- Sample reference timing
- Usually around 3 days, subject to style complexity, material availability and the agreed brief. Revisions and delivery are confirmed separately.
- Bulk reference timing
- Usually around 20 days. The applicable schedule depends on fabric, approved specifications, sample approval and the order situation.
From a reference to an approved dress
- Send the brief. Include the design or YR style code, estimated quantity, size range and target delivery date.
- Review material and construction. Agree the fabric direction, lining, trims and development scope.
- Develop and review the sample. Check fit, finished length and construction; record any revisions.
- Confirm the production basis. Approve the sample, written specifications, quantity, price, packing and schedule before proceeding.
Can you quote from a photo without a tech pack?
We can review a reference photo as a starting point. Explain the intended length, fit, fabric and quantities, and identify details that the image does not show. The development approach, sample cost and quotation are confirmed after we review the information. A photo alone does not establish a finished specification.
Can wholesalers adapt an existing style?
Yes. Share the YR style code and discuss changes to fabric, colour, fit or trims. We confirm feasibility and material minimums for the proposed order. Browse new womenswear styles without registering, then ask about a quote or sample.
